Terms of Service 

Acend provides design, software engineering, cloud engineering and related services on a subscription or fixed-scope basis. The specific scope of work is agreed with each client in writing.

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Fixed-scope projects are billed as set out in the relevant proposal.

You may pause or cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Once paid for, all deliverables created specifically for you, including designs and source code, belong to you. We may reuse general know-how, tools and open-source components that are not specific to your project.

You agree to provide timely feedback, access to the accounts and systems we need, and accurate information. You are responsible for the content and data you provide to us.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform under these Terms. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before starting work.

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated, services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as described above. Sections on ownership, confidentiality and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
